Are you a Microsoft partner, or a reseller? +
We're a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider — a direct partner. That means we can provision tenants, manage licensing, and provide tier-1 support without going through a middleman.
What's the difference between Microsoft 365 and Office 2024? +
Microsoft 365 is a subscription — pay monthly or annually, get always-current apps plus cloud services like OneDrive, Teams, and Outlook email. Office 2024 is a one-time perpetual licence — pay once, own those specific app versions forever, no cloud services. Most teams pick 365 for the cloud benefits; Office 2024 makes sense for users who don't need cloud or want to avoid recurring fees.
Can I bring my own domain to Outlook professional email? +
Yes — that's the whole point. Whether you already own a domain (with Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) or need us to register one for you, we set up the DNS records and provision mailboxes at you@yourcompany.com. Most setups are live within 24 hours.
How long does an enterprise migration take? +
Average is 14 days from kick-off to cutover for teams under 500 seats. Larger or more complex environments — multiple acquired tenants, on-prem Exchange, heavy SharePoint customisation — can run 4–8 weeks. We scope it precisely after a discovery call.
Do you bill us for licences directly, or do we pay Microsoft? +
As a CSP, we bill you directly at Microsoft's CSP rates — no middleman markup. The MicroTech retainer (onboarding, migration, security, support) is billed separately so the line items are clean for your finance team.
Can you migrate from Google Workspace? +
Yes, frequently. Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, Groups — all migrated with zero data loss. We also handle Google Sites and shared drives, which are the parts most other partners forget.
What's your support SLA? +
1–2 hours for first response during business hours (Mon–Fri, IST & PT). Critical issues — tenant outages, security incidents — are paged 24/7 on Premium and E5 retainers.
